You’ll be amazed when you see that the “one serving” of cereal that you were eating every morning is really two. The only way to be 100% accurate when you’re tracking your calories in, is by measuring, and the most accurate way to measure is by weight. You don’t have to spend much – I got mine on E-bay for around $10, so there’s no excuse not to have one!
