Another good week! I lost 3 lbs again. To be honest, I was hoping for a 4 lb loss this week, but I can’t complain. I really upped the intensity of my runs this week so my body is likely just adjusting. I ran 2 more 5k’s this week and a few more 2 mile runs. My plan is to slowly move up from 5k as I train for the Crazylegs Classic on April 24th. I am officially registered for this 8k race and I’m anxious, but really excited. It’s a goal to shoot for and it’ll help me drop some lbs. Wish me luck!
