It’s been a tough couple of weeks for me. After a couple months of trying for baby #3, I was excited to be pregnant again, but at 6 weeks I lost the baby. It’s been hard to deal with, but I have to believe that everything happens for a reason. Maybe my body just wasn’t ready yet, who knows. I’ve decided to take this time now to take care of MYSELF. I’ve been doing really well sticking with my calories and have gotten going on my workouts again. I want to get back to my regular, pre-pregnancy weight again and I am completely committed. I’ve set a goal of getting back to 175 by May 27th. We have planned a vacation to our favorite destination – Vegas, baby! And I want to be in swimming suit shape for this trip. Here’s the breakdown:

Current Weight:    214.5
Goal Weight:         175

Total to Lose:        39.5     /   13 weeks   =   3 lbs per week

Obviously a lofty goal (as usual), but I know I can do this. I’ve done it before and I will do it again. Follow me on my next leg of this lifelong journey! :-)
