Hey, remember me? The It’s A Boy – And I’m Fat Chick?! Well, I’m still around and here I am 4 months postpartum and still 35 lbs overweight. As of a few days ago, I have recommited to my plan and getting back in shape.

What is the plan this time, you ask? Well, it’s the same as it always has been with a little variation in my caloric intake. Whereas before I would eat 1200 – 1300 calories Monday – Friday and 2000 calories on Saturday and Sunday…this time I’m going with 1600 calories a day, every day. I’m also getting back into my workouts. I’ve been starting with just some speed walking and hope to work my way back up to a 5k by around May or so.
